What to Expect and What to Bring
Our office is located on the 12th floor of BMA House at 135-137 Macquarie Street, Sydney. Use the elevator to gain access to the 12th floor, our office is to the left as you exit the elevator.
What to bring with you:
- A copy of your referral from your GP or specialist
- If you have had any investigations (blood tests, ultrasound, semen analysis) please bring these with you
